はい。Authorization: Bearer ヘッダー付きで /api/shorten にPOST、毎分10リクエストまでです。トークンなしでも動き、応答が今作ったリンク用のトークンを返します。
リダイレクトを止め、訪問者をどこかへ送る代わりに HTTP 410 Gone を返します。リンクはクリック数で1から1,000,000まで、または日付で制限できます。
